Year round employees who work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for the following benefits upon completion of any applicable waiting period. This summary is intended to provide a general description of the benefits package and may change at any time.
Benefits marked by an * are available to eligible employees beginning the first day of employment

Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance*
Employees may cover themselves and eligible dependents at affordable rates because the Company pays a major portion of the premium.

Group Life Insurance*
Basic life insurance equal to employee's annual base salary is provided at no cost from the first day of employment through six months. After six months, coverage increases to two times the annual base salary.

Long Term Disability Insurance*
Coverage is provided free of charge after one year of employment. During the first year, employees may purchase this benefit at reasonable group rates.

Short Term Disability (STD)
Provided for employees after six months of employment. This benefit provides income protection when an employee is unable to work as a result of total disability for an extended period of time.

Personal Time Account (PTA)
Employees begin to accrue PTA time the fifth pay period or approximately ten weeks after hire. PTA time may be used for any reason based on the employee's preference/need. New full time employees will be eligible to accrue at a rate of up to 18 days of PTA in a year.

401(k) Plan
Eligible employees are automatically enrolled into our 401(k) plan after three months of employment. The plan accepts rollovers from other qualified plans. The company provides a match of 100% of the first 4% and 50% of the next 2% of your contribution.

Tuition Assistance Program
After six months of employment, eligible employees may participate in the tuition assistance program and be reimbursed for expenses incurred when taking approved college, office skills and insurance related classes.
